Yes - Siteor meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and complies with EU web accessibility directives. Automated validation is built in.
How long does setup take? +
Typically 48 hours from signing the agreement and providing your data. If you’re migrating from another CMS, we add 3–5 days for content import - always included in the price.
Are there any setup fees? +
No. You only pay the subscription - setup, training and data import are included. No one-time startup costs.
Where are the servers located? +
Servers are hosted in data centres in Poland (Warsaw + backup in Poznań). Full GDPR compliance.
Can I use my own domain? +
Yes, in Standard and Group plans. The Start plan includes subdomains under *.siteor.pl and partner domains.
What does technical support look like? +
Email support in the Start plan, phone + email in Standard, a dedicated account manager in the Group plan. Response time: up to 4 hours on business days. Knowledge base available 24/7.
Can I cancel during the contract? +
In the first 30 days - yes, with a full refund. After that, the contract runs until the end of the billing period (default: 1 year). You always get a free data export.
