SITEOR Terms of Service
These Terms of Service constitute the terms of providing electronic services within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means, and define the rules for providing services through the Website or Service and other domains pointing to individual parts of the Service.

- Service Operator - Sugester sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Smulikowskiego 6/8, 00-389 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000546750, NIP 5213690735
- Service - the online service available at https://siteor.pl/app providing access to the Services
- Website - the website at www.siteor.pl, other language versions and all subpages
- User - an entity with legal capacity, visiting the Website or placing an order. Minimum age: 16 years
- Agreement - an agreement for the provision of Services on a continuous basis, billed cyclically
- Subscription - a fee paid for Services in a given Billing Period
- Trial Period - a 30-day free trial period from the date of registration
- Billing Period - a period of one year or another billing period

§1 Account Registration
To conclude an Agreement, it is necessary to create an account. The moment of registration constitutes the conclusion of the Agreement. The User is obliged to provide a valid email address and verify it within 14 days.
§2 Trial Period
After creating an account, the User is entitled to 30 days of free access to all features. During the Trial Period, you can switch between plans.
§3 Free Account
After the Trial Period, the User may use a free account with limited functionality or pay a subscription.
